L1 Tech provides software-enabled services and does not act as an agent, broker, or contractor.
L1 Tech does not guarantee:
Specific results, revenue, or number of booked jobs
Lead quality, lead volume, or conversion rates
Response rates from customers or prospects
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Clients are responsible for:
Responding to leads in a timely manner (if required)
Providing accurate business and contact information
Complying with all applicable laws, including communication and marketing regulations (SMS/email consent, etc.)
Maintaining any necessary licenses or certifications related to their business
L1 Tech is not responsible for missed opportunities due to client inaction or incorrect setup information.
L1 Tech may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Twilio, email providers, and payment processors).
We are not responsible for:
Downtime or failures of third-party services
Changes in third-party pricing, policies, or functionality
Delivery failures of SMS, calls, or emails
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable communication laws, including obtaining proper consent before contacting leads via SMS, phone, or email.
L1 Tech is not liable for misuse of communication systems or non-compliance with applicable regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, L1 Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of revenue or profits
Loss of business opportunities
Data loss or system interruptions
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services within the previous 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L1 Tech from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the services
Your business operations
Any violation of laws or regulations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless L1 Tech from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your business operations, or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if:
Terms are violated
Services are misused
Required compliance standards are not met
L1 Tech may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
